Air Fryer Crispy Tofu Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 block tofu, pressed and cubed (14 oz)
- 2 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 2 cup brown rice
- 1 cup steamed edamame
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 1 cup carrots
- sesame seeds and sliced green onion for garnish

Toss cubed tofu with tamari, rice vinegar, maple syrup, and sriracha. Let marinate 10 minutes.

Drain excess marinade (reserve it), then toss tofu with cornstarch until evenly coated.

Spray air fryer basket and arrange tofu in a single layer.

Air fry at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, shaking basket every 5 minutes, until tofu is golden and crispy on all sides.

Divide brown rice between bowls. Top with crispy tofu, edamame, avocado, and carrots.

Drizzle reserved marinade over each bowl. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
