- 2 avocados, cut into thick wedges (slightly underripe)
- 8-10 slices bacon (thin-cut works best)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- cracked black pepper
- chipotle mayo or ranch, for dipping

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment on a wire rack.

Season avocado wedges lightly with garlic powder, chili powder, and pepper.

Wrap each wedge tightly with a strip of bacon.
