  • 2 avocados, cut into thick wedges (slightly underripe)
  • 8-10 slices bacon (thin-cut works best)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • cracked black pepper
  • chipotle mayo or ranch, for dipping
