Ingredients

  • 2 cup s Greek yogurt
  • 1 English cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • assorted vegetables for dipping: carrots, cucumber, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, celery

    Grate the cucumber and squeeze out as much water as possible using a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth.

    Mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, and salt.
